Working together
Intuition is an evolving capability, not a fixed trait.
The Intuitive Space Method
The biggest barrier to better decision making is rarely time. It is space. The space to pause, to sense, and to examine what we know before we act on it. The safe space to create relevant, curated collaboration and co-creation.
The SPACE Method is the practical heart of The Intuitive Advantage. Three tools, each designed to be used individually and collectively, in real time, around actual decisions. Each one creates a different kind of space.
The Decision Making Grid
The biggest barrier to better decision making is rarely time. It is space. The space to pause, to sense, and to examine what we know before we act on it. The safe space to create relevant, curated collaboration and co-creation.
The SPACE Method is the practical heart of The Intuitive Advantage. Three tools, each designed to be used individually and collectively, in real time, around actual decisions. Each one creates a different kind of space.
Intuitive Space
Intuitive Space is a five-part framework for reading your signals in real time, before the decision is made, and discerning which move you forward and which hold you back. It works at an individual level and as a shared practice within teams. The five parts spell SPACE.
Advisory
Most leadership teams are good at analysing decisions together. Very few have the language or the space to examine what they sense together.
Together we surface what is being felt but not yet said, build the shared language to examine it, and develop collective discernment, alongside good data and AI. Frameworks are practical, immediately ownable, and built around your actual people and decisions, not theoretical models. Engagements range from support for a single high-stakes decision to an ongoing advisory relationship, and work best around decisions in motion, a strategy call, a partnership, or a question of direction, rather than abstract training.
Who this is for
For leadership teams at any level facing decisions that matter, and especially for organisations building AI capability, where the technology is only as good as the judgement guiding it and the confidence of the people using it.
Her insights will continue to influence how we approach strategy, AI integration and leadership across our business.

Speaking
I speak and moderate at corporate events, industry conferences, and private executive gatherings.
Talks range from why intuition matters more than ever and how to move from sensing to frameworks, to deciding well in the age of AI.
Recent engagements include Customer Alpha, MAD//Fest, Blue Earth Summit, and the International CX Awards. If you are programming an event where human judgement and AI are on the agenda.
Who this is for
Conferences, corporate events, leadership summits, and private executive gatherings, anywhere human judgement and AI are on the agenda.
This isn’t just moderation. It’s stage leadership.

Workshop
Most people are handed AI like a car and told to drive. Using it well is closer to flying a plane, it takes a different licence, not just more practice. My workshops are part of earning that licence: the judgement to know when to trust AI, when to question it, and when to lead, so your team uses it wisely rather than just quickly.
A half or full-day session, built around a live decision or challenge you are facing, not a generic curriculum. We work the real problem in the room, using sensing, data, and AI together, so the team leaves with a way forward on the actual issue and a set of tools they keep using long after.
Workshops have been delivered to organisations including Dyson, Virgin, and Blacklane, and as part of executive education at Hult International Business School.
Who this is for
Leadership off-sites, executive education, innovation teams, L&D initiatives, and AI adoption programmes.
The team found the content thought-provoking and genuinely helpful. Understanding that there is solid scientific backing to sensory inputs and intuition turned out to be a big driver of confidence. I am now left wanting more.

What they say
“It was a privilege to host Livia for her talk on The Intuitive Advantage. Her message resonated strongly — blending practical AI literacy with a compelling call to harness human intuition as a strategic advantage. She framed intuition as a form of human data: a source of insight that drives pattern recognition, creativity and breakthrough thinking, exactly the kind of leadership we need in times of disruption. Her insights will continue to influence how we approach strategy, AI integration and leadership across our business.”
Danni Rush
CEO, Virgin Experience Days
“Livia opened a truly fascinating perspective on how intuition can elevate decision-making, fuel innovation, and strengthen leadership — especially in a world increasingly shaped by data and algorithms. Her ability to blend science, creativity, and practical tools made the session not only inspiring but immediately actionable. The session has already sparked meaningful reflection across our teams.”
Arianna Botti
