The Intuitive Advantage provides the shared language, the practices, the frameworks, and Intuitive Space to develop and align intuition in professional decision making, combined with good data and AI. The result is better judgement, and decisions you and your teams can stand behind.

The biggest barrier to better decision making is rarely time. It is space. The space to pause, to sense, and to examine what we know before we act on it. The safe space to create relevant, curated collaboration and co-creation.

The SPACE Method is the practical heart of The Intuitive Advantage. Three tools, each designed to be used individually and collectively, in real time, around actual decisions. Each one creates a different kind of space.

Intuitive Space is a five-part framework for reading your signals in real time, before the decision is made, and discerning which move you forward and which hold you back. It works at an individual level and as a shared practice within teams. The five parts spell SPACE.

What your body is telling you before your mind catches up.
Whether the signal belongs to this decision, or is carried in from another time or context.
Whether you are asking the right question for the outcome you actually want.
Whether the signal opens thinking or closes it down.
As AI becomes part of how we work and live, Intuitive Space helps you use it with intention, sensing when to bring it in, how to interrogate its outputs, and when human judgement should lead.

Spectrum Thinking

As part of Intuitive Space, an evolving set of practical tools puts sensing and judgement to work in real decisions, for individuals and teams. A few of the ones I use most:

Mini Board

Most people already have a handful of voices they trust, mentors, peers, people whose judgement they borrow in hard moments. The Mini Board makes that deliberate: a small, chosen group you turn to for specific kinds of decisions, so you are drawing on the right perspective at the right time rather than whoever happens to be in the room.

Signal Statement

The hardest part of acting on what you sense is putting it into words. ‘I have a feeling’ rarely survives a professional meeting. The Signal Statement gives you a simple way to name a signal clearly enough to be heard, what you are sensing, where it sits, and why it matters, so it can be examined rather than dismissed.

Spectrum Thinking

Life is not black or white. Neither are most decisions. Spectrum Thinking is a structured space for teams to debate where on the line something sits, from the familiar to the bold, from the cautious to the courageous. It surfaces nuance, invites collective sensing, and replaces binary thinking with honest conversation about where conviction genuinely lies.”

All designed around the same principle: that better decisions do not come from more time. They come from better space.
